Excellent and highly recommended

Everything, the Maintenance, the facilities, the rooms, entertainment, buffet, cleanliness everything was spot on. The staff was working all round the click . We went there for my daughter a birthday, she enjoyed everything. Unfortunately the weather was a bit cold to enjoy the water rides, but there is a lot to do

A small misunderstanding in arranging the cake for my daughter s cake..but they managed so no issues there

Amazing experience

The hotel is quiet and cleaned, the staff are amazing friendly, kind and happy always, the food varieties are without limits and delicious , the night show everyday for children, everyone asking me if I need help or service. The restaurant team, the reception, the guards, and the show, everyone is overexcited and looking to make us happy. I didn’t try the aqua park because the cold weather but I enjoyed the covered pool it was ok. I spent only two nights but I would stay more if I have more time. Thanks to all the team for the generosity and the kindness, see you soon.

- The bathroom was cleaned but the Shower drainage was small and partially blocked prevent the water to pass quickly. The hotel is a little bit far from the center but there is a free shuttle from the hotel to Madina, only 4 time/ day and mostly reserved, may they need to improve this service or to be more organised.

Exceptional

Excellent stat with excellent staff. Everyone did their best to ensure that my family and my kids had their best times in Morocco. The hospitality is just top notch and the animation team was brilliant to keep us entertained. Special kudos to Nora for giving so much of attention to our needs before our arrival. Apart from that the food was great as well with so much of choices. Definitely recommended.

Enjoyable

It’s a wonderful trip to Marrocco. Perfect for a flight flop holidays with kids and family. Staffs are brilliant. They know exactly what they are doing and very friendly. We were impressed with animation team and their activities. Nassima is lovely and nurse our kid perfectly. Customer services are great and helpful by Yasmine.

Very Good

The hospitality I will say was ABOVE and beyond. The rooms were clean, the bar staff, pool staff, kids group leaders, and customer service leads were excellent. The slides were so fun, they don't open all of them but rotate different slides every hour. (I assume due to staffing and slower season) Definitely fun for the family and an excellent value. They clean the areas well every night. I wish the food was a little more varied, especially at breakfast, but it was expected for as much as they were keeping up with. A few shout outs... Nassima with the kids staff is a ball of energy and good vibes, Yasmine with the guest relations was excellent/helpful (checked on us everyday), Simo a server and bar staff was excellent, and my man(hands down the best) was the pool bartender Ayoub, friendly, fast, had my drinks as I was walking up, took care of our kiddo, and was just an absolute ray of sunshine. Also folks from all over, while tipping isn't required, throwing hardworking staff some extra $$ is a sign of gratitude. These lovely people were working 6 days a week from open to close. A little goes a long way️ unless your me and I like to do more than that for excellence

perfect stay for the family!

I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service at the hotel. Nora went above and beyond by upgrading our room because both my mother and I were celebrating our birthdays during our stay. Since my mother has difficulty walking, Nora arranged for a wheelchair and secured an upgraded handicapped-accessible room with separate areas, which made our stay so much more comfortable. To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised with two birthday cakes on each of our birthdays. It was an amazing experience!

There was only one inside heated pool, if they would have one outside it would be amazing during winter time.

Excellent stay!

pools and slides are fantastic for kids and adults. We travelled in Feb and pools were just too cold to stay in for long periods of time. Rooms were always serviced every day and we were given balloons and decor for my son who celebrated his birthday on the day we arrived. The staff were so attentive and nothing was every too much trouble, they went above and beyond. We booked excursions through the hotel and were able to change the day within 24 hours. Animation staff, guest services, wait and bar staff were fantastic.

Pools were too cold for a Feb stay

Despite not using the aqua club, we thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing experience at the hotel

The staff at Pickalbatross Aqua Club cannot be faulted, Full of energy and drive trying to make everyones visit most enjoyable.

As an all inclusive resort there is food and drink available at most times, however if you did not turn up early at a mealtime there were limited selections of food after the 'earlybirds'.

Paradise for the whole family

Everything. Fabulous resort. Extremely friendly staff that couldn’t do enough. So much for kids to do. The water park is incredible, so big! Facilities were fab. Food was lovely. Room was great. We had an incredible stay and will definitely be back again. Brilliant resort for families

Only thing I could fault is the desserts in the evening. Not great and Should have ice cream available to kids at that time!

Lovely stay but water for washing and pool a major problem

The food was great. The staff were lovely. Young and friendly. Would open slides for the children to have fun. Non intrusive, just the right amount friendly. Reception were great, always ready to help in some way and we appreciated them.

Unfortunately the spa and gym were not good. We booked a pedicure and paid 64 euro. It was very poor. I could have done it myself. My daughters nail was cut too short and took skin. Her polish was smudgy. I had to ask for a top coat and extra polish because it was poorly applied. I wouldn't have got it if it was free! I cancelled my hamas at the spa. I figured if that was the standard , I wasn't going to risk spending more money there. Broken and worn equipment in the gym was a big disappointment. No wonder nobody went to both places! Also and this was a big problem. The water in the pool and shower left our skin so dry it hurt. Whatever they put in the water there causes extreme dry skin. No moisture would ease it. We don't have sensitive skin so I though this was very unusual. Most definitely poor water quality and chemicals added. Be interesting to find out as it would put me off returning for this reason alone.

We spent a very pleasant week with our children, and they attended the Kids club on time every day. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic. I would like to thank the cleaning staff GHITA for cleaning our room very clean and tidy every day. It is worth recommending.

Brilliant Place to stay with the family

The staff are extremely helpful from reception right through to the cleaning staff and the property is well cared for and clean. For all inclusive the food was quite good, and the entertainment team worked hard to keep everyone entertained day and night. The kids enjoyed the stay and I would consider a return visit.

We were there for beginning of January and the pools were freezing also a lot of the water park slides were closed or only open sporadically which was a bit of a pain.

We enjoyed our stay we stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed every moment it was very relaxing and serene

Very friendly staff always available to help and always so joyous.

We went in the winter month the room was quite cold and the duvet was not big enough for the bed if they could offer more bedding during the winter months that would be fine

I had an amazing holiday! The staff were friendly, caring, and always happy to help. The housekeeping team was brilliant, especially Khadija, who always greeted us with a smile. The food was delicious, with a huge variety to cater to everyone. I will definitely be coming back again! ️

The Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Club All Inclusive is an excellent choice for families seeking a resort with extensive recreational facilities, particularly a large water park. Staffs were very friendly , Khamla, Hamza, Zobair were very helpful, They upgraded my room to family suit. The all-inclusive package includes meals and select beverages, providing convenience and value. Buffet was very good with plenty of options. My kids enjoyed the water parks and rides, only disadvantage was that all outdoor pools were very cold. They arranged many activities for guests including games at night. We really enjoyed the stay at this property,.

It was a great stay, son enjoyed it a lot

Staff- from reception to room cleaning, restaurant, water park team; animation team-special thanks to Yassin; everywhere is clean, delicious food.

Nothing. However, It would have been great if there was at least 1 outdoor heated pool.( inside heated pool has too much chlorine- at least how I felt)
