The place was really beyond our expectations. So many pools and very delicious food, friendly staff. It became our holiday destination for coming years as well.. thanks to all..

The animation team for fun could be better.. some furnitures could be renewed .. and little restoration needed for buildings ..

Relaxing all-inclusive 3 nights after 4 nights of sighteeing in Marrakech.

Meals and snacks were plentiful and the choice of food was varied. Rooms are spacious. We had a room on the second floor with a view of Atlas mountains and it was amazing, but I would not stay on the ground floor, becaouse then you just see a concrete wall. (Choose either second floor with Atlas view or the view of the pool). The water slides were amazing!

Although days were warm in April, at nights temperature dropped to 12 C and water in the pools was freezing. It was doable on the adult slides (for me and my 9-year old), but my 5 year old twins were shiverring in the pools with kids slides. We ended up having them in the indoor heated pool (luckily it is there), but if the children outdoor pool was heated - the stay would be perfect.

The property is huge , has a lot of pools, sliders, plenty of space to eat, staffs are always on top

There’s a lot of favouritism with Arabic people , the waiters always bring them food, drinks , I noticed that because we were 1 week there and no one asked us if we need something.

A beautiful hotel with great hospitality

The resort is beautiful, exceptionally clean and well looked after, with brilliant hospitality, particularly in the restaurant. We used all facilities, including gym, spa, indoor & outdoor pools. The food was great, and the staff should be really proud of how well they look after the site and their guests. The free shuttle to Marrakech centre was a bonus, but gets booked up very quickly, so we’d recommend getting that booked as soon as you arrive. My children aged 10 & 13 loved the whole experience.

The beds aren’t too comfortable, and some of the gym equipment was broken…but this wouldn’t put us off coming again at all.

A truly amazingly fun hotel for the whole family!!

This hotel is a kids paradise. The Aqua pools are huge and plentiful keeping kids fully entertained for hours. The family rooms are spacious and beautiful and the food is amazing. However the real gem of this hotel are the staff, I found every staff member to be incredibly helpful, friendly, happy and approachable. They really made our stay at this hotel an amazing experience.

great hotel, fantastic food and pool area!

breakfast was fantastic everyday! and loved that it was all inclusive with great variety of food! fantastic pool area with beautiful kids section and slides for older ones, but bit chilly in november despite warm outside temperature! they got anyway a heated indoor pool for the winterseason which is good!

bit too far from city centre but you can get easily taxi from the reception! about 25min to medina

The location was incredible and it has endless entertainment which makes you never want to leave. Most of all the staff and the friendliness of the whole crew was beyond my expectation. The manager Rim was the most hospital,friendliness and respectful human I have ever met. My daughter arrived on the day over her birthday and received an absolute incredible welcome and party as well as room upgrade which I totally didn’t expect.

Their was nothing to dislike about this properly. Everything was what was beyond my expectations.

Great experience

The staff were amazing. The food was good, and the chef did an amazing job making different pasta dishes for me every night. The rooms were clean. The animation team was superb. The ambience of the hotel is relaxing.

The front desk needs some work. They aren't responsive and customer-focused enough. Although the manager stepped in and he is really great. The spa experience could be better (7/10), and the tour team is quite expensive.

Ive been to Marrakech 9 times before.

Every single meal was outstanding. HUGE variety/ fresh/ delicious. Catered for everyone-children, vegetarians,sweet lovers , meat eaters etc.

We were large family relying on hotel provided shuttle. Ideally you need to prebook shuttle bus in advance. Traveling in large groups you might need to book and pay for taxi as shuttle bus can get prebooked quite quickly.
